Enhanced List Views

To make this happen it is very simple, Under User profile do not enable Accessibility Mode.
Several user interface features are not available when Accessibility Mode is enabled on a user's User record, including the Enhanced List Views functionality you are referring to.
In order for this to work, navigate to Setup | My Personal Information | Personal Information, click [Edit], deselect the "Accessability Mode" checkbox, and Save.
Done....
Now your UI is uniformed and looks better. I like the fact that the entire page does not refresh when you want to sort it by account or any field.
