Add User to see Campaign Button

Scenario:
   You have an user that would like to start doing campaigns. But he/she does not see the campaign button. The user is part of a profile that his/her peers are utilizing campaigns. So why can't this person do anything?
Solution:
 Many people would think it is part of there profile. It is not. Very simple solution for this. Go to the individual's profile or information. Click on Marketing User Checkbox, wallah they have access to campaign button.
