Add Chart button is disable on my report screen

Scenario:
   You are creating a new/modifying a report and need to add a chart to the chart but you see the "Add Chart" button is disable... How to enable it? See Screenshot

Solution:

1. Make sure your report is a summary or matrix report. Tabular will not work.
2. Make sure you have the report grouped. <== where it states "Drop a field here to create a grouping" See Screenshot

1. It should have a field there.
2. Once you do that then Add Chart will get enabled...See Screenshot
