Is it a permission thing?

Hi:
This is a quick mini blog on permissions to certain functionality in salesforce.
Scenario:
Super-Users want to be able to delete/edit/ account teams and sales teams on accounts or opportunities. But they do not have access to do so.

Solution:
Many would think right away that this is a permission base functionality given off the profile itself. It is not a  profile permission base functionality but yet a Role Hierarchy setting. In order for super users to get this particular functionality you as the admin must place them in a higher role hierarchy.

Place them one level up in a Role Group and they will have access to account teams and sales teams modifications.
Navigate to:
Setup | Administration Setup | Manage Users | Roles

If I had a super user in the User Role which is within the SVP, Sales & Marketing Group, and this was a super-user.
I would place them one level up to Manager so that they can edit the account team and sales teams.

Hope this help, I know this was quick but simple.
Thanks
Zishan
